Payment Options
All non-surgical procedures require payment in full at the time of service. A 10% deposit for any surgical procedure is necessary in order to confirm and hold a surgery date. The remaining balance is due 10 working days before your surgery.
We offer a variety of payment options to patients in our practice. We accept the following forms of payment:

• American Express (for surgical procedures only)
